Pre-Anesthesia Clinic

Some surgical patients will need to meet with their anesthetist prior to their procedure. You will be contacted if your surgeon has determined that you require a pre-op visit, and you will be given an appointment for our Pre-AnesthesiaĀ  Clinic.

During your Pre-Anesthesia Clinic visit, your anesthetist will explain the anesthetic to you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Prior to your Pre-Anesthesia Clinic visit, we ask that you fill out the following Pre-Op Health History Questionnaire to the best of your ability. This form gathers important medical information needed before surgery, such as any allergies or heart, blood or breathing problems you may have. Your anesthetist will review your completed questionnaire prior to your appointment and will discuss it with you during your Pre-Anesthesia Clinic visit.
